  • Upon acceptance to the course, participants will be directed to an online platform where they will have access to basic information about the Erasmus+ program, project writing and management, Erasmus+ program guide, application forms, project examples, cost estimation tools and other resources. Participants on this platform;

  • Participants will receive a guidance document with practical information, tips and success strategies on Erasmus+ project writing and management.
  • Prior to the course, an online meeting will be organized with the participants to share the course program, expectations, use of the online platform and other logistical information. Participants are expected to have basic computer skills and English language skills.

Course Description

This course aims to provide teachers, educators and professionals working in the field of education with the necessary knowledge and skills to improve their ability to write and manage successful projects under the Erasmus+ program, build internationalization strategies and maximize the impact of projects. The course will provide detailed information and practical applications on the aims and opportunities of the Erasmus+ program, different types of projects (KA1, KA2, KA3), project cycle (planning, implementation, evaluation, dissemination), needs analysis, target group identification, writing project objectives and activities, budget planning, project proposal writing, application processes, finding and managing partners, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and sustainability.
